GOAL: Clear your mind

TASK: Today is all about YOU. Ask yourself - how can I clear my mind? To something today that helps you do just that. Don’t focus on things you need to do, just enjoy your surroundings. Here are some examples: Go for a walk in nature by yourself, sit in a garden, try a quick meditation, have a bath or savour a hot drink.

OPTIONAL EXTRA: Try and spend around 30 minutes or more doing this challenge.
